Education Plan

At MTW, you're expected to have an education plan: a set of expectations for school that will help you further your goals. We want to make sure we have the right information to create an education plan that works for you.

Step #1: know what an ed plan is

If you're working at MTW, you have two jobs: your YOU job and your business job. Part of your YOU job happens outside the building, as you follow an education plan.

What's in an education plan?

Ex: Hi-SET Program

Independent Learning

Time set aside for you to complete assignments, and applications for your program

Ex: YOU Time

Step #2: know yourself as a learner

At MTW, we consider a few different things before creating your education plan:

Your Learning Style

The way everyone learns is valid; once we identify how we best take in information, we can know how to advocate for your needs in education.

Your Educational History

Logistics like your last school, last completed grade, and favorite subjects, help us understand what pathways to connect you to.

Step #3: provide key information

In order for your YDM to create a quality education plan, they need some key pieces of information:

Complete the Education Plan Module to begin to identify yourself as a learner and give yours YDM key information to help create a plan that works for you.
