Zach has been with MTW since November 2016.

His favorite part about working at MTW is: "Seeing Young Adults start and graduate from MTW. It's equally inspiring to see Young Adults put in so much effort to earn employment at MTW and move forward on their Education, Employment and Self Efficacy Goals while employed at MTW.

Zach's background is education and mental health.

Fun Fact: I worked at a fish market for over four years when I was in college. It was a challenging (and smelly) job but it taught me a lot about team work, stepping up at a job and how to handle challenges in the workplace.

Sheila has worked with MTW since June 2012.

Their favorite part about working with MTW is: Seeing youth succeed at something they didn't think they could do. Watching quiet/shy youth become vocal strong leaders. Watching youth give presentations!

Sheila's background is in overall Youth Development and Case Management.

Fun Fact: I am an apprentice electrician by trade and my passion is singing!
