It's hard to perform at your best when you don't have the things you need. We want to direct you to resources in your community where you can access free or low costs essentials: food, furniture, clothing, and toiletries.

Food

A card that comes preloaded each month with a set amount of money to use on grocery items at participating stores. DTA also offers additional benefits if you have kids called TAFDC.

There are various food pantries and meal sites you can get resources from regularly or from time to time. We created a map of them here.

toiletries + clothing

An organization that hosts closets in local schools with free, unlimited access to clothing, shoes and toiletries. Find a school near you here.

Monthly funds for clothing, toiletries and other home essentials. If you have or take care of children, you may be eligible to receive them.
