QUALIFICATIONS:

Have a high school diploma or Hi-SET
Be at least 18 years old
Have your driver's license for some programs

Your Job Path

Weatherization Technician

Completion of a 1 to 2 month program that could place you in a paid internship at a large business in the Boston area, which would could then lead to a full-time job.
Average starting salary = $41,000 with some benefits. Average median salary = $52,000 with some benefits.

Completion of a 6-12 certificate program or an associate’s degree by an accredited institution.
